Eurodata TV Worldwide ha rilevato quali sono stati i tv show più seguiti al mondo nel 2008.
Il drama più visto al mondo è House, con 81.8 milioni di telespettatori, mentre a vincere nei due anni precedenti erano stati CSI: Las Vegas e CSI: Miami. Per la categoria comedy vince Desperate Housewives con 65.3 milioni, battendo per il secondo anno di fila Monk e Ulgy Betty.
Per quanto riguarda le soap, infine, vince "Beautiful" con 24.5 milioni di telespettatori (molti italiani mi sa XD), seguito dalla telenovela messicana "Marina" e da Febbre d'amore.
